Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CLZR (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use clzr.app, CLZR transaction email addresses, shared transaction pages, and related services. For questions, contact omar@clzr.app.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, account type, brokerage membership, and billing status.
• Transaction information you create, upload, forward, or share, including real-estate documents, email messages, attachments, contacts, parties, addresses, prices, dates, notes, milestones, and review decisions.
• Inbound and outbound email routing data, including sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, message identifiers, attachment metadata, and delivery status.
• Usage and operational data needed to run the service, such as request logs, browser/device information, security events, error reports, and feature preferences.
• Payment and subscription information processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account, brokerage, transactions, transaction email addresses, and share links.
• To ingest, classify, extract, summarize, and organize documents, emails, contacts, milestones, deadlines, and transaction activity.
• To route inbound emails to the right transaction and send transaction-related messages you request.
• To provide billing, support, security, abuse prevention, service diagnostics, product improvement, and legal compliance.

AI processing

CLZR uses AI models and related infrastructure to read transaction documents and emails, extract fields, identify deadlines, and produce organized transaction views. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and CLZR is designed for human review. We do not sell transaction content or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sharing and disclosures

• We share information with service providers that help us operate CLZR, subject to contractual or technical controls.
• We disclose transaction information to people you authorize, such as brokerage members or recipients of share links you create.
• We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect CLZR, users, customers, or the public.
• If CLZR is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Service providers

• Clerk: authentication and user account management.
• Stripe: checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and payment handling.
• Google Cloud, including Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Tasks: AI processing, file storage, and backend processing.
• Vercel: web hosting and serverless application runtime.
• Neon: database hosting.
• Postmark: inbound and outbound email handling.

Retention

We retain account and transaction information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and protect against fraud or abuse. You may ask us to delete your account or transaction data, subject to legal, billing, security, and operational limits.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by CLZR. No online service is perfectly secure, and you should only upload transaction content you are authorized to provide.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing omar@clzr.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, or limit certain uses of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Cookies and preferences

CLZR uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, session continuity, and user preferences such as theme and sidebar state. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Children

CLZR is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CLZR changes. If an update is material, we will provide notice through the service or by another reasonable method.
